At approx. 2:45PM a switch failed in our primary datacenter. Traffic was redirected around the failed switch but the situation resulted in approximately 9 minutes of degraded connectivity. The failed switch has been completely removed from the network and it will be replaced on Monday. In the meantime, redundancy has been restored using spare resources on site.
